The base of the clouds will be flat , 800 meters. Local rainfalls in the southern and eastern Albania, partly rainy on the southern coast.
The wind will blow lightly from the Northwest-Southeast at a velocity 1-12 m/sec mostly on the Ionian coast.
Sea gale of force 3-4 will trigger waves 1.2-2.4 meters high.
Visibility 6-15 km, local mist.
