TIRANA, June 7 / ATA- I. Vata / – Judge of the High Court, Edmond Islamaj has successfully passed the vetting process.
The decision regarding Islamaj was announced Thursday by the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC).
After the hearing session of the Independent Qualification Commission, on June 5th , Islamaj came out totally clean and will normally continue his job in the court.
The judge panel consisted of Chairwomen Suela Zhegu, member Pamela Qirko, rapporteur , Genta Tafa (Bungo), assisted by the secretary of the court, Orsida Goxha.
