TIRANA, June 4 / ATA / -Prosecutor with General Prosecution Office, Anila Leka will undergo Monday vetting process, consisting of, the re-evaluation of assets, background checks as well as professional skills screening.
Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) will decide June 4 on whether the former Attorney General Prosecution, Anila Leka will be subject to the vetting process.
According to the IQC notification,the judging panel will include, Firdes Shuli, Roland Ilia and Suela Zhegu.
Prosecutor with General Prosecution Office, Anila Leka began her career in 2004.
This week, the High Court will undergo the vetting process.
According to the agenda items , the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) will begin Tuesday the hearing session with the Judge of the Supreme Court, Edmond Islamaj, as well as Prosecutor at the Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana, Dritan Prençi.
The trial panel will consist of Suela Zhegu, Pamela Qirko and Genta Tafa.
