TIRANA, April 3 /ATA/ – Mostly clear to partly cloudy weather is forecast to prevail across the country on Tuesday.
The wind will blow from southeast to northwest direction at a speed of 1 to 9 meters per second with sea waves expected to reach 1.5 meters high.
