TIRANA, March 11 /ATA/ – More public investments are underway in the southern coastal city of Vlora, including the reconstruction of “Ismail Qemali” boulevard, a project co-financed by the Albanian government and the Council of Europe Development Bank and being implemented by the Albanian Development Fund.
The Prime Minister Edi Rama sent good morning wishes to his Facebook followers via a video featuring the coastal city that has been reborn under the government’s urban rebirth and reconstruction program.
“Good morning and, via these images featuring the reborn Vlora, where a lot remain to be done and a lot will be done, I would like to wish you all a beautiful Sunday,” Rama wrote on his Facebook page.
Reconstruction project aims to transform the boulevard into a majestic grand boulevard that runs from the city entrance to the sea, the Port Vlore, sea promenade and the National Museum of Independence. The works consist on construction, urban regeneration and upgrading works in Vlora.
