TIRANA, March 9 /ATA/ – General Directorate of Taxes (DPT) announces the dismissal of two inspectors who were caught in the act by the structures of investigation and corruption section.
After the apprehension of one employee and prosecution of another inspector with the directorate of tax investigation, Tirana region, as suspects for office abuse and passive corruption, the General Directorate of Taxes takes the opportunity to thank the structures of Investigation and Corruption section for their cooperation, according to sources from DPT.
General Directorate of Taxes invites all businesses and citizens to support this authority by reporting and fighting such cases via every channel of communication.
