TIRANA, October 27 /ATSH/ – The National Investment Scheme has opened new opportunities for farmers, agro-processors and entrepreneurs in the agrotourism sector.
Through grants provided by the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development (ARDA), the farmers receive support for agricultural machinery, which helps improve work processes and increases the efficiency of their agricultural operations.
Prime Minister Edi Rama highlighted the case of farmer Romeo Shano from Kolonja, Lushnja, who has been active in the agricultural sector for 20 years, managing one hectare of greenhouses dedicated to vegetable cultivation.
Through ARDA grants—part of the National Investment Scheme—he received support for agricultural machinery.
Shano explained that after applying to the ARDA, he obtained a piece of agricultural equipment that significantly eases his daily work processes.
