TIRANA, October 2 /ATA/ – Speaking at the Renewal Forum in Korça today, Chairman of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha said that renewal is the core motto of the Democratic Party, with the ultimate goal of transforming Albania in every way.
According to him, Albanians should not vote for the Democratic Party based on what it has done in the past, but rather for the commitments it makes regarding the future.
Berisha outlined a series of social and economic promises, including doubling salaries and pensions, establishing a minimum income and providing full reimbursement for all medicines.
Berisha stated that the Democratic Party is proudly a low-tax party. “We believe your money belongs in your pocket, not the state treasury. That is the true essence of economic freedom,” he said. /m.q/a.f/r.e/p.s./
