TIRANA, Sept 21 /ATA/ The second lot of the Elbasan–Papër road section, part of the Elbasan–Rrogozhinë infrastructure project and Corridor VIII, has been completed.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared footage of the newly completed section on social media, highlighting the newly installed road signage, asphalt surface, and retaining walls.
The road section starts near the former Metallurgical Plant, connects to the Elbasan bypass, and ends at kilometre 3.5.
The completion of this road project will ease traffic flow and reduce travel times, bringing a range of significant benefits to the surrounding area.
