TIRANA, August 2/ATA/ For the first time, Albania’s national intellectual disability football team represented the country at the international Genuine Cup 2026 in Houston, Texas.
During the group stage, Albania played nine matches, finishing with 3 wins, 5 losses, and 1 draw.
Genuine Cup 2026 gives these athletes an international platform to build friendships and prove that soccer unites people beyond any physical or mental challenge.
