Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media images of preparations underway. Stalls and floral displays are filling the pedestrian zone ahead of tomorrow’s official Flower Festival opening.
Running through May 6th, Shkodra’s “Flower Festival” highlights the best of spring with a vibrant blend of music, art, and a bustling market, making it one of Northern Albania’s premier cultural events.
