TIRANA, April 14 /ATA/ Minister of Internal Affairs Besfort Lamallari visited the firefighters and citizens hurt during blaze at the “Mother Teresa” University Hospital Center (QSUT). The 6 firefighters and 2 citizens were injured during the fire that engulfed a building in the “Arlis” complex in Tirana.
The minister said that, “Fortunately, as the doctors told me, they are out of risk for their lives”.
Lamallari said that, “As soon as we heard the news, I was also on the ground together with the Fire Service forces, the State Police forces and the Civil Emergency teams who did their best to prevent any loss of lives”.
Accompanying Lamallari on his visit was Director of the QSUT Anxhela Paparizo, as well as the Director of the Fire Service Arben Cara. /m.q/p.s./
