TIRANA, March 23 /ATA/ The National Internship Program is helping young people get on the job ladder across diverse sectors, marking progress in agriculture and rural development.

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Andis Salla shared on social media the story of a young woman who benefited from the National Internship Program, describing her as a role model for youth aiming to build careers in key economic sectors.

Havjola, 24, a biotechnology graduate, secured a one‑year employment contract at the Institute of Food Safety and Veterinary Sciences after completing a three‑month internship there, thanks to her strong performance during the program.

Havjola said joining the National Internship Program was a crucial step in launching her professional career, noting that working in a sensitive field such as food safety is associated with great responsibility.
