TIRANA, Feb 5 /ATA/ The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, stated today that the Albanian government is building a modern and transparent administration and will continue to invest in innovation as a key pillar for improving public services.
In a media briefing from Dubai, where she is attending the “World Governments Summit,” Ibrahimaj highlighted that this is one of the most prestigious global platforms where governments and leaders from around the world gather to discuss the future of governance.
“At the forefront of every discussion is digital innovation and how artificial intelligence can be translated into tangible benefits for citizens and businesses, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and the quality of public services,” stated Ibrahimaj.
The Minister also spoke about Albania’s recognition with the first-place award, the “Future Fit Seal – Global Edition,” for Diella, the first AI-powered minister.

Ibrahimaj stated, “It reflects Albania’s vision for a new model of governance, where innovation builds trust, technology serves the people, and the future is shaped with responsibility and a clear purpose.”
Minister Ibrahimaj emphasized, “Diella proves that leadership in innovation is not defined by the size of a country or its budget, but by the vision and boldness to rethink traditional models of governance.”
“Through Diella, Albania has set standards that are inspiring change beyond its borders. This international recognition motivates us to move forward with even greater determination towards a future-oriented governance,” stated Ibrahimaj.
