TIRANA, November 25/ATA/ Special Appellate College ruled today to dismiss from office Shkodra prosecutor Agron Bushati for severely discrediting the figure of the prosecutor.
It was a unanimous decision taken by the panel composed by Rezarta Schuetz (presiding judge), Albana Shtylla (rapporteur), and members Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj and Sokol Çomo.
The College said that this decision is related to the review of the Public Commissioner’s appeal against the previous decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.
After re-evaluating the case, the College decided to change the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and dismiss Agron Bushati from office. /gj.m/r.e/p.s./
