TIRANA, September 9/ATA/ Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Arben Kingji, held a meeting today with Commander of KFOR, Major General Enrico Barduani. The meeting is in context of the end of the mandate of Major General Enrico Barduani.
Kingji expressed his appreciation for his successful leadership at the head of the KFOR mission. During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed on a number of issues related to KFOR’s continued commitment to improve security in Kosovo and maintain regional stability.
Kingji reiterated Albania’s constant commitment and of the Armed Forces in particular to fulfil their obligations in this important NATO operation. /gj.m//a.f/p.s./
