TIRANA, September 2 /ATA/ Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani participated today in the panel “No region for young people: time for change” of the Bled 2025 Strategic Forum, organized in Slovenia.
In his speech, Hasani emphasized that youth is the main engine of the future of the Western Balkans and beyond.
“Their involvement in the European integration process is irreplaceable”, said Hasani.
Minister Hasani stated that, “Albania is promoting young people to the center of the integration process, through initiatives that strengthen their role as active contributors to our common European future”.
Today, at the invitation of Tanja Fajon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia, Hasani held a meeting with counterparts from the Western Balkans. During the meeting, they discussed on EU integration, regional security and economic cooperation.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Bled Strategic Forum, a major international conference in Central and Southeastern Europe that brings together world leaders from various fields for high-level strategic dialogue. /k.s/j.p/p.s./
