TIRANA, August 27 /ATA/ The “Diplo 2025” Ambassadors’ Conference will be held in Tirana on September 8-10.
Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani said that the final preparations for this conference are underway.
Hasani underlined that, in the fall, Albanian ambassadors from all over the world will gather in Tirana for another conference.
“The final preparations for Diplo 2025 are underway. This fall, we will gather our ambassadors from all over the world for another successful conference in Tirana. September 8-10, 2025. Albania 2030: in Europe, connected to the world”, Hasani wrote in a post in the social media.
Last year, the Conference of Ambassadors of the Republic of Albania “Diplo 2024”, organized by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, was held on 26-28 August 2024.
The conference highlighted the significance of integrating diverse skills and experiences in our diplomatic service.
The focus of the discussions was also on providing ideas and sharing opinions on the priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: advancing the European integration process, strengthening economic diplomacy and the role of the Diaspora, modernizing consular services, etc.
During discussions, there was highlighted the need to improve cooperation with the relevant ministries, to advance the reform agenda, as well as preparations for the NATO Summit and the European Political Community Summit. /gj.m/j.p/p.s./
