TIRANA, August 23/ATA/ On August 26, there will begin again the “Clean Mountains” campaign.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media the invitation to join the “Clean Mountains” initiative, a clean-up action organized by the National Agency for Protected Areas in ten national and natural parks on August 26.
Rama wrote that this is a modest contribution from everyone and at the same time a meaningful message for the care of our common nature.
The “Clean Mountains” clean-up action last year engaged hundreds of volunteers, who removed hundreds of kilograms of waste from the national parks.
This year, the campaign will extend to the National Parks of Dajti, Tomorri, Llogara, Qafështama, Zagoria, Prespa, Shebenik, Korab-Koritnik as well as the Albanian Alps. /m.m/p.s./
