All-in-All “Access to Finance”, helpful platform for Albanian businesses

TIRANA, August 4/ATA/ Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) has made available the “Access to Finance” platform designed for Albanian businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

That platform will serve as a new source of information and guidance on financial schemes, rather helpful for the businesses.

AIDA announced that the platform, accessible at www.aida-smefinance.gov.al, offers a complete overview of grants, loans, guarantees and other financial initiatives offered by public institutions, international organizations, banks and domestic and foreign donors.

The main objective of this platform is to serve as a single gateway for information and access to finance, facilitating businesses’ access to the funds needed for development, expansion or recovery from economic difficulties.

AIDA said that the initiative was made possible by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in support of the Albanian government, with a focus on mitigating the negative impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on the private sector.

AIDA invites all donors, financial institutions and banks operating in Albania to send information on their financial schemes to the address: [email protected], so that they can be published and be easily accessible to the business community. /r.e//a.f/p.s./
