TIRANA, June 26 /ATA/ During the summer season, the National Emergency service will be available along with the special summer medical centers for the citizens in need of medical assistance.
Health Minister Albana Koçiu said that, “There has brought many domestic and foreign holidaymakers in 2025 summer season, who have chosen the Albanian coast as their destination”.
Minister Koçiu stated that, “The commitment of the National Emergency teams is available 24/7, to provide first aid and save lives”.
“In every corner of the country, from the coast to the mountainous tourist areas and in the 36 summer medical centers, No 127 of the emergency service is on standby for any citizen who needs immediate medical assistance”, stated Koçiu in a post in the social media.
According to Koçiu, “The speed of response is fundamental and thanks to a coordinated team of ambulances, operators and trained medical staff, every call to 127 receives an immediate response and rapid intervention. During these hot days, health care should be a priority”. /p.s./
