TIRANA, May 9/ATA/ The Tax Administration has begun issuing the 7A certificate, which enables the exemption from VAT of projects financed by the European Union in our country.
The exemption from VAT of projects financed by the EU aims to facilitate their implementation.
According to the Tax Office, the transition from a VAT refund scheme to a 7A certificate scheme, the same that is applied even for the exports, brings several benefits such as administrative simplification; more efficient project management; elimination of VAT refund delays.
In Albania, with the financial support of the EU, there are in process of implementation a series of important projects in various sectors of the economy and the social field. /j.p/p.s./
