During his visit to Korça, PM Rama visited the current Regional Hospital, where accompanied by the Minister of Health and Social Protection Albana Koçiu, he got acquainted with the new project, exhibited in the external premises of the Hospital and met with the staff of doctors and nurses who serve there.

“There are 71 doctors and 230 nurses working at the Korça regional hospital, mainly women,” said Minister Koçiu.

Meanwhile, the project developers explained that the project will be implemented into a considerable area of 19 thousand square meters.

Koçiu said that works on the new hospital will begin within the current year, thus fulfilling a wish of the doctors for whom it is a long-awaited investment. /a.f/p.s./
