TIRANA, April 17/ATA/ There is already opened the application process for operating a beach station during the 2025 summer tourist season.
Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro wrote in a post in the social media that, “All entities that have applied through the E-Albania portal for operating as a beach resort during the 2025 summer tourist season and have been notified to continue with the second phase of the application have April 30 as a deadline to upload the required documentation to the “e-Albania” portal”.
Kumbaro wrote that, “There are over 1,000 public beach plots, 800 certified guides, over 170 certified marine operators and over 400 certified watercrafts, which are the guarantee of standards and safety for the 2025 summer season, for which work has been done every day of the year”.
The private entities that are categorized as: “Guesthouse, Hostel, Hotel, Resort, Curative Center, Bed and Breakfast, Apartment/villa”, are granted the right to use the beach space.
The first phase consisted of the application and submission of documentation, while in the second phase the application is specified; also there is generated the payment mandate and there is determined the relevant plan-location of the beach station. /k.s/a.f/p.s./
