TIRANA, March 7/ATA/ The government has given the priority to mountain tourism and investments for its revitalization while undertaking incentive policies to support these investments.
The “Mountain Package” is one of the incentives which provides support for investments in these areas, aiming to encourage local residents to invest in their properties.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media the successful model of an agro-tourism in the mountains of Tropoja, built by two brothers who returned from emigration.
Kreshnik Nikoçi, together with his brother Ermal, decided to return to their native village, in Velisht, Tropoja, where they invested in a guesthouse on the hill that has become a welcoming home for hundreds of tourists from all over the world.
Kreshnik said that after 5 years in emigration, he returned to his hometown with his brother, where he also opened a guesthouse.
“With the increase in the number of tourists, we are earning more and more every year, more than abroad,” he said.
Kreshnik called on every young person to return to their country, where their heart is and where there are more opportunities.
“Albania offers endless opportunities for those who have the will and desire to work,” he said.
The “Mountain Package” will, in addition to the sustainable development of the rural economy, have an impact on the promotion of “Made in Albania” products, and will also expand the tourist map.
This initiative envisages easier procedures for ownership and construction, as well as a stimulating fiscal policy. /a.f//r.e/p.s./
