TIRANA, February 5/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that the government will keep up two bonus payments for the pensioners while pursuing the policy of their participation in the distribution of the fruits of economic growth.
During the proceedings of the international conference on “Reforming of Pension System” in Albania, held today in Tirana, Rama highlighted the fact that the pensioners now receive two bonuses per year.
“We will move ahead in a parallel way; on the one hand, with bonuses that have increased significantly in quantitative terms and also the time of their granting. So, from only one New Year bonus, we have moved to two bonuses per year, one provided in December and one in spring. And we have related these bonuses to economic growth and the performance of the economy,” said Rama. /r.e/a.f/p.s./
