TIRANA, September 7 /ATA/ Justice Minister Ulsi Manja said today that during the period January-August 2024, there have been taken measures against 22 problematic notaries public.
Manja said that the Ministry of Justice has intensified controls in notary offices, carrying out 42 inspections and taking measures against 22 problematic notaries.
“We are committed to protect citizens and provide honest and legal services”, he said.
During the period January-August 2024, there were revoked 11 licenses, there were taken 17 archives, while 4 notaries were suspended and there were imposed 7 administrative measures. /m.m/r.e/p.s./
