PM Rama departs for Prague to attend GLOBSEC forum

TIRANA, Aug 30 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama departed for Prague on Thursday to attend the 19th edition of GLOBSEC security conference.

GLOBSEC, the largest security forum, will be held in the Czech Republic instead of Slovakia for the first time from August 30 to September 1.

The conference will bring together leaders and experts to discuss critical security and defence issues.

The conference will also focus on NATO’s role in the broad European security architecture. The event places European security order against a global context, suggesting the need to consider the growing great powers rivalry and China’s role in understanding security developments on the European continent.
