Pope Francis expressed his joy at this initiative by promising his support and his prayers for our people who have suffered a lot to keep the lamp of religion lit. The Holy Father invites and encourages our Archdiocese of Tirana-Durres to move forward with a new momentum by engaging, with courage and joy in new beginnings in the field of evangelization.
The archbishop presented to the Pope a T-shirt and a label, showing, in a concrete and symbolic manner, his registration in the Mediterranean meetings “MED 24” in Tirana. In the end, he sent his apostolic blessing to the Albanian Archdiocese.
