TIRANA, June 21/ATA/ Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani participated today in the meeting of “Friends of the Western Balkans” initiative organized in Wachau, Austria, by Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Austria Alexander Schallenberg.
FM Hasani said that during the meeting there was discussed on acceleration of integration and support for the 6 countries of the Western Balkans into the European Union.
The Albanian chief diplomat emphasized that, “The commitment to the EU integration of the Western Balkans must continue”.
“Our focus should remain on the current priority. Our main objective is the full membership of the six countries of the Western Balkans in the EU. The EU will be more stable, safer and more complete with the inclusion of the Western Balkans”, said Hasani. /m.m/p.s./
