TIRANA, May 8/ATA/ The municipality of Pustec was the first to open the tourist season for this year, among the municipalities of Korça region.
Although the smallest in the country, Pustec Municipality has a great potential for attracting more local and foreign tourists, helping at the same time the community economy.
On occasion of opening of the tourist season, there was also organized a fair. Prefect of Korça region Nertil Jole took the opportunity to congratulate Mayor Pali Kolefski for the organization and the good promotional work that makes one of the unique attractions, not only of the region, but also of Albania.
“The creation of even more favorable conditions for the town of Pustec and the surrounding villages to develop according to a sustainable ecological vision is the new challenge of the municipality’s team, with the support of other institutions”, said Prefect Jole in a post in the social media where he also shared a photo album from the beginning of Pustec’s tourist season. Jole wrote that the government’s investment in the important water supply project realized for this municipality in the amount of 455 million ALL has solved one of the most urgent needs./p.s./
