TIRANA, April 25 /ATA/ Minister of State for Relations with Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, held a meeting with President of the Republic Bajram Begaj on Thursday.
Spiropali said in a post on social media that the cooperation between the Institution of President, the Assembly and the Council of Ministers, established in the context of the check and balance as the most essential element that guarantees further advancement of Albania in the transformation and integration processes, was the highlight of the meeting with President Begaj.
“The development of standards of transparency, accountability, constructive debate, education for the participation of citizens in governmental and parliamentary activity and professionally addressing any initiative with a direct impact on citizens, is a duty and an added guarantee for better policies,” Spiropali said.
