TIRANA, March 24 /ATA/ The Democratic Party chairman, Lulzim Basha, participated on Sunday in the election assembly of the branch of this party in Dibra. He expressed his gratitude to the democrats for the resistance shown during these two tough years.
“The assembly ends the process of restructuring the branch after two difficult years where in total disregard for the sacrifice of the democrats, it was sown the spirit of divide by means of hate speech which harmed not only the democrats, but also the Albanians,” said Basha.
“But you managed to overcome this difficult time thanks to the clarity of your judgment, your vision and the strength of character so typical of the democrats of Dibra, and for that I express my deep gratitude to your all!”, he said in his remarks.
Basha emphasized that what is expected from the democrats is not just survival, but the way to overcome the crisis caused by this government.
“On the one hand, we are clear about the scourge caused in Dibra and Albania by this irresponsible government due to corruption or callousness. On the other hand, the lack of an alternative and its replacement with inflammatory remarks and the lack of a plan from the government, serves this government”, said Basha.
“The offer must be complete, without shadows and crystal clear. How can there be justice when those who call themselves the opposition attack the highest institution of justice. Instead of giving the citizens a correct alternative, they zig-zag for justice,” said Basha.
