TIRANA, March 17 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ Nothing and no one but ourselves can keep us from winning the upcoming elections, but also from rising to the new challenges lying ahead Albania.”
This is what Prime Minister Edi Rama, also the SP chairman, said today at the meeting of the National Assembly of the Socialist Party in Durrës.
The Prime Minister said on Sunday that when the socialists know how to combine leadership skills with humanity in communication with the socialists and democrats alike, we are not just winners, but we are unbeatable.
“To that end, the SP is opening up beyond the old party bounds in every territory, creating conditions and mechanisms to include every Albanian who wants to see Albania as the pride of their children,” said Rama.
The Prime Minister went on saying that the meaningful examples of Shkodra and Kamza, where the SP received the support of over 60% of voters, should serve as inspiration and motivation for us to understand that the ordinary people of this country today are much more open than yesterday when it comes to choosing between the clear possibilities of progress and the old party trench.
“Shkodra, Kamza and other realities branded for endless years as off limits to dance to the tune of the left, should teach us many things and impress upon us that we socialists when we know how to combine the leadership skills with humanity in communication with socialists and democrats alike, we are not just winners, but we are unbeatable,” Rama said.
