TIRANA, February 26/ATA/ Minister of State for Youth and Children Bora Muzhaqi stated today that, “In 2024, young people who will work in internships will also benefit financial support”.
In her speech on the 1st anniversary of implementation of the National Youth Strategy 2022-2029, Muzhaqi emphasized that, “The young people who will be selected in the Work Internship Program, financed by the Albanian government, will also benefit from financial support “.
According to her, the innovation this year comes for all those who will have internships in public institutions, commercial companies or non-profit organizations.
“The good news for all future interns is that starting in 2024, there will be a financial support component for anyone who works in internships in public institutions”, said Muzhaqi.
Minister Muzhaqi said that, “1700 young people have benefited from the Work Internship Program. Thanks to this program, there will benefit newly graduated young people between the age of 21 and 26”.
Muzhaqi also emphasized that the focus of the National Youth Strategy 2022-2029 is empowering young people, improving their skills and access to the labor market./k.s/r.e/p.s./
