TIRANA, Feb 23 /ATA/ The Democratic Party has submitted a third request to the High Court, seeking publication of the decision on the case of the leadership bodies of this political force.
Indrit Sefa, legal representative of DP, has given a media statement before the High Court. According to him, this Court has exceeded the time limit for publishing the decision.
“It’s almost two months since the High Court decision on the issue of the Democratic Party. It is 30 days behind the legal schedule for publishing this decision. Therefore, we must ask this court to publish the decision and send the documents to the Court of Appeal as soon as possible. We want the judicial settlement of DP to be final and as soon as possible”, said Sefa.
“We speak through official channels with the court. This is the third request. The first two requests were filed on January 27 and the second was filed in early February. This is the third request. I will file other requests week by week, until this decision is published. It is an obligation that the court has towards democrats and citizens. Given the sensitivity of this decision-making, the Court should also consider speeding up the procedures, as they are behind the schedule for publishing this decision,” he said.
