TIRANA, Dec 26 /ATA/ On Christmas Eve, the Pogradec Municipality shared the good news that the year 2024 comes with two new facilities dedicated to the elderly.
A day center for grandparents is being constructed, near the Palace of Culture of Pogradec, where the elderly will have the opportunity to drink tea and coffee every day, free of charge.
At the same time, the daily facilities on the city promenade are being revamped. According to the online announcement of the Pogradec Municipality, these facilities will be equipped with all the necessary conditions for the elderly. “Our goal is to give higher attention to the welfare of the elderly,” the post reads.
