TIRANA, September 25/ATA/ During the period January-August of the current year, there are 459 entities with the self-producing energy status approved for connection to the OSSH distribution network, which have installed photovoltaic plants for self-consumption with a total installed capacity of about 40 MWp.
The Distribution System Operator (OSSH) said that this is a positive indicator of access to renewable energy.
In total, there are active 1235 self-producing subscribers.
According to the OSSH, 59% of these consumers exercise their activity in the regions of Tirana and Durrës. Among this category of producers, 71% are private entities, 27% are family entities and 2% are state budget entities. /r.e/p.s./
