TIRANA, September 25 /ATA/ In the premises of the Agimi Art Center in Tirana on Sunday evening, there was held the masterclass with the well-known director Milcho Manchevski.
Manchevski is in Tirana in context of the presentation of his latest film “Kaymak” at the Tirana International Film Festival.
The highly-acclaimed director talked about the strategies of narration in the film. As he had said earlier in an interview for ATA, the masterclass took place in the spirit of a conversation with the attendees.
The hall of Agimi Art Center was filled with directors, actors and well-known personalities of art and culture in the country who were able to benefit from a rich experience and a real artist who is internationally held in high esteem.
Manchevski’s masterclass, winner of a “Golden Lion” in Venice, is not the only one for TIFF. Its program carries also the masterclass of German director Andreas Dresen, young Albanian director Gentian Koçi who has known success in recent years, as well as of Sangeeta Datta, a writer and filmmaker who lives and works between India and Great Britain. /p.s./
