TIRANA, Sept 8 /ATA/ The Bank of Albania informs that the loan for investments increased on an annual basis by 3.8% in the second quarter of this year.
According to BoA, in total, bank financing for the private sector increased by an average of 8.1% during the second quarter.
Developments according to currencies show developments in opposite directions of lending in Lek and in foreign currency.
Thus, the growth rate of the loan portfolio in local currency accelerated to 7.1% in June, or 3 percentage points more than the lowest level recorded in February.
