The Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu said Saturday that the medical team at the Trauma Hospital successfully handles more than 66,000 health emergency cases each year.
“Thanks to the qualified medical staff, the increased imagery capacities and state-of-the-art equipment, over 66,000 emergencies are handled annually,” Health Minister said.
The medical care provided at this university hospital centre has significantly improved thanks to a series of investments in the past few years.
The hospital has been also equipped with high-technology biomedical equipment, while more investments are underway to transform it into a regional trauma hospital centre.
