TIRANA, Aug 10 / ATA/ The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development has shared on social media a video message of Petrit Çobo, who is a beneficiary of IPARD funds to expand his viticulture activity
ARDA announced that Petrit Çobo is one of the beneficiaries of the IPARD II program, for investment in agricultural mechanization, with the aim of expanding viticulture, as well as for the automation of the wine production line, with machinery, equipment for storage, processing and its packaging.
Çobo says in his video message that the IPARD funds have been very important to increase the quality of production. According to him, the EU should continue the support through the IPARD funds, as they are important for the entire community of farmers.
“Greetings from Petrit Çobo! Here is one of the vineyards of our 8-hectare winery cultivated with autochthonous “Vlosh” variety. In total, there are 36 hectares, which thanks to the support of ARDA through IPARD funds, has made it possible for us to build these vineyards in the best way possible. I hope that the European Union will continue to support us, as we need it a lot, not only us, but all Albanian farmers,” Çobo said.
