TIRANA, July 24/ATA/ The State Commissioner for Elections Ilirjan Celibashi appreciated today necessary to change the way of organization and operation of the second and third level election commissions.
“Perhaps, it is not the time or even the occasion, but I must draw the attention now, especially after the elections on July 23, 2023 in Rrogozhina, to the necessity of changing the way of organization and operation of the election commissions of the second and third levels”, he wrote in a reaction to the media.
Celibashi emphasized that the administration of elections at these levels by persons designated only by political parties does not ensure the integrity of the process or its technical good administration.
