TIRANA, July 5 /ATA/- The EU Ambassador in Tirana, Christiane Hohmann, chaired the last meeting of the Heads of EU Missions in Tirana on Tuesday, on the eve of her departure from Albania.
In a post on social media, Hohmann emphasizes that it has been a privilege to work with everyone to support Albania on its way to the European Union.
“Together, the EU and its Member States are committed to standing by Albania until its accession to the EU,” Christiane Hohmann said.
During this meeting, Spain took over the Presidency of the Council at a crucial moment for Europe.
Ambassador Hohmann congratulated the Swedish team for the excellent work during the presidency.
