TIRANA, June 8/ATA/ Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Olta Xhaçka is participating in the Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Global Coalition for the Destruction of ISIS (D-ISIS), where there are taking place important discussions.
In the meeting held in Riyadh and co-chaired by the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, there are being discussed strategies to fight ISIS networks and their extremist ideology.
“Albania’s commitment to collective efforts to eradicate this global threat remains unwavering. United, we will fight terrorism for a peaceful and safer world”, Xhaçka said in a post on social networks.
The meeting of the foreign ministers of the participating countries of the Global Coalition of the war against ISIS constitutes an important and contributing event in the orientation, unification of global efforts, expression and reaffirmation of the determination and commitment of the partner countries in the Coalition, for a lasting victory against international terrorism, on the basis of implementation of the requirements of the law and international acts, especially the resolutions of Security Council of the UNO./k.s/p.s./
