TIRANA, May 8 /ATA/- The Central Election Commission is proceeding with the training of operators of electronic voting and counting machines that will be used in the municipalities of Elbasan, Kamza and Vora in the upcoming May 14, 2023 local elections.
The CEC announces that the operators of the electronic voting machines were trained in Kamza yesterday.
The training focused on the duties of the E-voting and counting machine operator during the electronic voting process.
Operators are being trained to manage the process of opening and closing voting, printing reports, preliminary results and transmitting data to the CEC.
The training of operators who on May 14, 2023 will be engaged in the three municipalities where electronic voting will be implemented, is considered an important factor in the successful implementation of the electronic voting project.
