TIRANA, April 28 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ – The Independent Qualification Commission on Friday confirmed in office judges Nafije Hasko and Ersida Bajgora, as well as prosecutor Pali Deçolli.
The Independent Qualification Commission announces that after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing on 27.4.2023, for the subject of the re-evaluation, Nafije Hasko, it decided to confirm in office the subject of the re-evaluation, Nafije Hasko, judge in the Administrative Court of the First Instance Tirana.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Xhensila Pine, Alma Faskaj rapporteur, Pamela Qirko member will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
