TIRANA, April 20 /ATA/ The trial panel of the Special Appeal College, consisting of Sokol Çomo chairman, Rezarta Schuetz rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj member, handed down the decision on the case pertaining to the appeal of the subject of re-evaluation Rozeta Qirjaqi against the decision of Independent Qualification Commission.
At the end of the trial in the counseling chamber, the panel of judges, based on the law “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously ruled to uphold the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, no. 272, dated 08.07.2020, on the subject of the reevaluation Rozeta Qirjaqi.
This decision is final and has immediate effect.
The Independent Qualification Commission has dismissed from office Rozeta Qirjaqi, prosecutor at the Korçë Appeals Prosecution, after she did not meet the criterion of wealth legitimacy and professional integrity.
