TIRANA, April 19 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission confirmed in office prosecutor Sokol Nishani on Wednesday.
The Independent Qualification Commission announced that after reviewing the documentation and holding a hearing on April 14 for the subject of re-evaluation, Sokol Nishani, prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the Durrës Judicial District Court, ruled to confirm him in office.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Firdes Shuli, Olsi Komici rapporteur Xhensila Pine, member will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be challenged in the Special Appeals College by the subject of re-evaluation and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision.
