TIRANA, March 10 /ATA/ – Mostly cloudy and unstable weather conditions with scattered and torrential rain and thunderstorm are forecast to prevail in most parts of Albania on Friday, according to the Military Meteorological Service.
According to the Military Meteorological Service, the country will be affected by unstable conditions due to the humid air masses of southwestern origin.
Moderate to heavy showers of rain and thunder storms are expected to prevail mostly in the first half of the day across most parts of the country’s territory
Light snow is expected to fall across the mountainous areas at an elevation of over 1200 meters, mostly in northern Albania.
The wind will blow south -easterly and south-westerly at an average speed of 2 to 8 meters per second, and around 10 to 14 meters per second in coastal areas.
